The Kelsey Foundation established in 1999, was created to help the children, schools, and the communities of Montesano, East County and Grays Harbor County in Washington State.
The Foundation's goals are dedicated to improving the quality of life through education and assistance to individuals and organizations for the betterment of themselves and the community.
