Kelsey Foundation – Returning Student Scholarship Applications – 

If you are needing an application for our adult return-to-school scholarships, email the Kelsey Foundation kelseyfoundation@gmail.com requesting an application, or if you do not have access to a computer, please call 360-249-6878, and we will mail you a hard copy of the application.  Please state in your email or voicemail; your name, address, contact phone number, and the school you will be attending in the fall.  

Reminder, applications are only available to those students who reside in Grays Harbor County, or graduated from a local Grays Harbor High School. 

 

Applications for 2026 will be available April 1st, 2026 and need to be returned either by email to kelseyfoundation@gmail.com  or mailed back to PO Box 404, Montesano, WA  98563.  All applications are due back to the Kelsey Foundation by 5:00pm  April 30th, 2026, no exceptions.
